我觉得应该是B但参考答案上说是选择A （参考答案有时会出错）请帮忙分析一下可以么？谢谢，到底应该选择什么？

宾语从句中恢复陈述语序，因此排除CD，
A中用that引导后面的内容，说明该内容已经是确定的事实，与Can you make sure相矛盾，所以不可用选A，若A为if/whether (是否）he will come here today 则正确
