摘要: 我国苜蓿粉生产尚处于起步阶段，生产量小，且主要为日晒苜蓿粉，在畜禽上应用很不普遍。肇东作为我国东北部紫花苜蓿主要栽培地区，其优良品种肇东苜蓿因抗寒性强，抗盐碱、抗旱、产量高而得到广泛种植。对其营养成分进行分析,更好指导栽培和生产有着重要的经济价值和现实意义。本次测定采用饲料的常规分析方法,如吸附水的测定(烘干法)；粗灰分的测定(灼烧法)；粗脂肪的测定(浸提法)；粗蛋白的测定(凯氏定氮蒸馏法)；钙含量的测定(滴定法)；磷含量的测定(比色法)等。对肇东地区紫花苜蓿干草的主要营养成分分析表明,水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、NDF、ADF、无氮浸出物、粗灰分、钙 、磷分别为7.82﹪、20.22﹪、2.41﹪、28.45﹪、20.79﹪、28.61﹪、12.49﹪、2.15﹪和0.70﹪。经计算,燃烧热值为18000.00473J/g。结果显示,粗蛋白、粗脂肪的两项含量平均水平高于其他品种,尤其钙、磷含量较高,但无氮浸出物指标偏低。

Abstract: In our country, the production of alfalfa powder is still at the beginning stage. The production is small-scale and restricted mainly to sun-dried alfalfa powder, which is not generally used as livestock feed. As the primary alfalfa-growing region in North-East China, Zhaodong produces a fine variety of alfalfa, Zhaodong alfalfa, which is widely grown for its cold-resistance, alkali-resistance, drought-resistance and high-yield. We believe that analyzing its nutritional content has economical and practical value, since it can serve to guide its cultivation and production. Conventional analyzing methods for livestock feed were used in this study, for example, water absorption analysis (the drying method), crude ash analysis( the incineration method), crude fat analysis(the extraction method), crude protein analysis(the Kjeldahl Nitrogen determination method - distillation), calcium content analysis (the Titrimetric method), phosphorus content analysis (the colorimetric method), etc. For the dried Zhaodong purple-flower alfalfa, our analysis of its major nutritional contents shows that, its water, crude protein, crude fat, NDF, ADF, NFE(nitrogen free extract), crude ash, calcium and phosphorus contents are 7.82﹪、20.22﹪、2.41﹪、28.45﹪、20.79﹪、28.61﹪、12.49﹪、2.15﹪ and 0.70﹪, respectively. The calculated heat combustion value is 18000.00473J/g。The result indicates that, its average crude protein and crude fat contents are higher than other varieties, while the calcium and phosphorus contents are especially high, but the nitrogen free extract is relatively low.
