食：餐标4 0元/人/天，含2正餐1早餐。当地饮食未必合外国人的口味，敬请原谅。
住：当地三星标准酒店。
行：45座空调旅游车
游：包行程表景点第一道大门票（行程注明费用自理的除外）

2 因为是乘搭旅行车的关系，在车上会花费一定的时间


注意事项：
1）准备有效的证件。
2）根据以往经验，届时温度大概是22度到25度，请团员按自身的需要准备个人习惯用药，洗涤用品，防晒用具等。
3）适当准备一些在车上吃的零食，到时也可以和同伴交换。
4）我校准备有小型的急救箱，零食等。
5）此次为团队活动，为保证大家都能尽兴而归，请坚决服从学校和导游安排。



责任声明：旅行社已购买旅行社责任险，我校也代团员购买个人旅游意外险，活动中发生意外事故，组织者有义务组织救援或改变行程，但不承担任何法律和经济责任，特此声明。

1) Conducting activities for students of our school for X time. There is no limit to the main theme of the activities to be conducted. Emphasis should be on interactive intellectual or language exchanges between students. However, sensitive topics should always be avoided.
2）请提供你的简单资料和照片让我们登在报纸或网站等上做广告。
Submission to us of your brief introduction and photo for placement of our advertisment on newspapers and website.
3）请尽量多和中国团员沟通
Frequent communication with Chinese members of the tour group is encouraged.
4）积极参加在车上或者篝火晚会上举办的活动，游戏等
Participation of games and activities on the tour coach and at bon fire party.

Remarks :

2) According to previous experience, local temperature during the time of the tour is expected to be between 22oC to 25oC. Participants are expect to bring their own toiletry items, anti-sun ointment and other prescriptions according to their own needs.

Statement on responsiblities : In addition to travel insurance provided by the traval agency, the school has also arranged insurance cover for all participants. In case of accidents or other incidence, the organiser is responsible to organise medical assistance or change of tour plan. However, it is hereby declared that the organiser will not assume any legal or financial liabilities in this connection.
