[摘 要] 偏见现象在教育实践中时有存在，是教育教学中的大忌。相关研究表明：教师对学生的态度和评价直接影响到学生对自己、他人和社会的整体态度和评价，对于学生的人格健全、社会化完成是不利因素。有鉴于此，本文从社会认知、社会态度角度来认识教师偏见；探讨了教师偏见的成因、类型、后果、消除措施；分析了当前教师群体中存在的偏见类型及表现；强调了在新课改背景下，避免产生或消除教师偏见，为学生的成长构建一个和谐发展环境的重要意义；以期引起教育界，乃至全社会对教师偏见问题的关注和重视。

Relevant research shows : Influence the whole attitude to oneself, others and society of student and appraise directly in Mr.'s attitude toward student and appraisal, it is an unfavourable factor to be sound to students' personality, socialize finishing. In view of this, this text realizes teacher's prejudice in terms of society's cognitive, social attitude; Have probed into the origin cause of formation, type, consequence of teacher's prejudice, dispel the measure; Have analysed the prejudice type existing in teacher's colony at present and behave; Have emphasized that avoids producing or dispelling teacher's prejudice under the background of changing of the new lesson, structure the important meaning of a harmonious development environment for students' growth; In the hope of causing education circle, and even the concern and attention about teacher's prejudice question of the whole society.
