[摘 要] 偏见现象在教育实践中时有存在,是教育教学中的大忌。相关研究表明:教师对学生的态度和评价直接影响到学生对自己、他人和社会的整体态度和评价,对于学生的人格健全、社会化完成是不利因素。有鉴于此,本文从社会认知、社会态度角度来认识教师偏见;探讨了教师偏见的成因、类型、后果、消除措施;分析了当前教师群体中存在的偏见类型及表现;强调了在新课改背景下,避免产生或消除教师偏见,为学生的成长构建一个和谐发展环境的重要意义;以期引起教育界,乃至全社会对教师偏见问题的关注和重视。
