I am a customs officer here. According to the provision of Chinese Customs Regulations, only * company can supply the provision store for foreign vessels at the port. Please do not purchase from other companies or individuals. In case any violation been found, the goods will be seized, and the captain of the vessel will be fined. We will also pursue administrative penalty to the captain for a serious violation.
