In addition to any other remedies for Licensee's breach of this agreement, no support will be provided to Licensee for Licensed Product(s) for which PLS has not received payment or during any period that Licensee is in breach of any material obligation of the Agreement for Licensed Product, if such non- payment or breach, has not been cured within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice from PLS to Licensee. This Suspension of Support shall be at the option of PLS in lieu of termination of this Agreement and shall not constitute a waiver of any rights PLS may have or have had to terminate this Agreement or otherwise.
