我的目标行业就是快速消费品行业，相对于其它行业来说，这个行业的市场引导性更强。随经济的发展，这个行业将更具规模，前景是相当可观的。而AAA是我最希望进入的公司，因为我十分欣赏Wrigley的企业文化和发展战略(尤其是品牌经营)，并相信在AAA公司的积极付出将会得到满意的报酬。
我在平时的实践工作和专业学习中，渐渐地确定了自己的就职业路线，并会以销售职位切入职业生涯，我认为我的强项就是销售工作。我自信能够胜任此类工作。加之，我曾经的上司或企业的HR都给我意见，建议从事销售类职位。我相信我是适合这个职位的。


大学三年级的时候，我曾经领导一个团队，实施一个项目----“BBB布艺”，针对本校区的空白市场，联结供货商和顾客，为客户提供优质的布艺产品，实践了所学的理论知识并得到了利润。
世界上基本没有哪类大事情能一个人解决的。团队是解决问题的首选途径，那就是沟通、协调、实现共同的目标。由于队员是同学关系，协作比较顺利，虽然有时大家存在着不同的意见，甚至意见冲突。但是，大家都十分清楚地知道，沟通和协作是解决问题的最优算途径。本着这关键点，我们得以结合工作，理解课堂尝到的知识。然而，最大的收获就是更加坚定一个观点：沟通与协调能解决绝大部分的问题。

My target is oriented towards the FMCG Industry. FMCG stands for Fast Moving Consumer Goods and nowadays it's also called PMCG（Packaged Mass Consumption Goods）.Compared to other business, it has a stronger market guidance. Along with the economic growth, this business is meant to be more capacious and will have a considerable bright prospect.

AAA is the company I mostly eager to join, as I enjoy the enterprise culture of Wrigley and the developing strategy (brand management in particular). I’m convinced that I will be well paid by my hard work in AAA Company.

Through real practice and specialized study, by degrees, the idea of my future employment is more distinct on my mind. The position of Sales will be the starting point of my whole career. I believe the sales related work is my strength. I’m confident to fit in this sort of job. In addition, my then supervisor and HR manager used to advise me to engage in sales related jobs. So do I believe I’m suitable for such a position.

Being a junior in university, I used to manage a team to implement a project, called “BBB fabrics”. As my university is an undiscovered market, I found suppliers and customers by myself. By providing high quality of fabric products to the clients, I learned much theoretical knowledge in practice and even made some profit.

世界上基本没有哪类大事情能一个人解决的。团队是解决问题的首选途径，那就是沟通、协调、实现共同的目标。
No one can fix a big problem by himself in this world. Team is thus used as the primary approach to the problem solving, in order to achieve the common goal of communication and cooperation.
由于队员是同学关系，协作比较顺利，
A successful cooperation is achieved because team members are all classmates.
虽然有时大家存在着不同的意见，甚至意见冲突。但是，大家都十分清楚地知道，沟通和协作是解决问题的最优算途径。本着这关键点，我们得以结合工作，理解课堂尝到的知识。
Although sometimes we have some different views or even conflicting opinions, we all are clear that cooperation and communication is the best way to solve problems.
As this is set to be the critical point, we can therefore have a good understanding on all the knowledge we learnt in the class, combined with the practice in real world.
然而，最大的收获就是更加坚定一个观点：沟通与协调能解决绝大部分的问题。
Still, the final luxuriant crop for us is a strong opinion is so firmly formed, that communication and cooperation will fix majority of problems.
