I guarantee that my company hasn't been doing or even thinking of anything to break our agreement, i hope we both sides to hold the common aim of reaching the bargain and fulfilling mutul-benefit by learning from each other's strong points to offset the weakness,and what my company doing is so!but we will lose the market in our cooperation if you charge for a price which won't work in chinese market, and then ,say nothing of reaching the bargain,fulfilling mutul-benefit.Moreover,i have shown you the chinese market situation and given you advices of producing according to chinese local custom in order to make you fit into chinese market soon.All what my company has done shows a sincere intention of cooperation,so i couldn't figure out why you said that my company broke the agreement. if we couldn't cooperate successfully in one item,it's due to that you just take your own interest alone into account,neglecting our common benefit,For preventing our cooperative item from washing out of market,we cannot help but promote the occupation rate and the brand of our product in market without ruining your company's fame on the condition that your compay didn't want to participate.So how could my company break the agreement unilaterally?I wish could think over it seriously so that we could keep on cooperating smoothly and happily!
