想想平时说的什么就近原则就知道，不一定

具体来说

1.一般并列结构作主语,动词用复数,但当主语由and连接,而表示一人或一物,动词用单数(此时只有一个冠词)
The teacher and writer is very famous.
这老师兼作家很出名.

2.以or,either...or,neither...nor,not only...but also等连接的并列主语,动词遵循就近原则
Either you or I am right.
Either you or he is right.
Either you or they are right.

3.当前主语后有as well as,as much as, no less than,(along/together) with,rather than,but,besides,like,except,including,in addition to等词组时,动词仍与前面主语一致.
He as well as his parents is very interested in music.
The teachers together with some students are visiting the factory.
