行前感想

姓名:LI Bihui
国家:澳洲
学校:William Angliss Institute
现况:准备12月前往澳洲

There are 20 days left. I wait with anticipation and reluctance for my leaving. On one side, I am looking forward to my study and life in Melbourne. On the other side, I feel reluctant to my dear friends and families. Before my visa was approved, I used to think: when would I get my visa? How about the result? When it comes true (After its approval), I was in another mood which should be called “emotional fluctuation”. I became sensitive to everything. For instance, a tiny news about Melbourne may make me upset. Sometimes, a person or an event would make me feel down. I may recover soon just because of some words or sentences. So, do let you parents and close friends know in advance that you will be in an “emotional flu”

The second things I have to do are to prepare for my leaving. Such as buying ticket, packaging luggage, having farewells with my friends and families, and the like. Packaging luggage is an annoying thing. Sometimes, I find it likes “Long March”. So, the earlier we prepare for our future life, the less trouble we will meet. There is one thing that we should pay attention to: make sure that what you bring with is necessary.

The experience of oversea-students tells me that: the above experience is only a start step of my oversea study. It is common because everyone should go through it. Anyway, I can hardly tell how to get rid of a bad mood, but I believe: make every effort we can, then let it go, let it be.

What mentioned above is only my personal thinking and feeling. Maybe it is too objective for some students to accept. But I do hope it can help you more or less.

At last, I want to express my gratitude to Michelle from GOES who give me lots of guidance during my preparation.
