With the development of economic globalization, various theories on human resource continue to be mature and people pay more and more attention on the role of the staff. For an enterprise, the key to improve its core competence is to have an efficient,dedicated and united team. As a result, it becomes increasingly important to put emphasis on staff incentive. Subjected to the knowledge of the author and the reference materials, this thesis is to be further improved.
