At 9:00 am eager to put his daily affairs in order, he called his dad and asked him to pay his credit card bills and help him fix a leaky faucet in his kitchen. It was vital to seize the day. He told his dad that these tasks had to be done today. By 10:00 am Ponchie was feeling a bit tired, so he hit the sack. Twelve hours later, Ponchie woke up and was ready to take stock of what he had achieved during the day. He reflected on how well had slept. At 11:00 pm he called his father and thanked him for paying his credit card bills and fixing the leaky faucet. At 12:00 midnight, feeling rather smug and proud of himself, he drank two bottles of wine. By 1:00 am he was struggling to stay awake so he could start the day early again.
