[内容摘要]在21世纪知识经济高速发展的时候，人才作为企业的载体，其竞争也越来越激烈，特别在中小民营企业中，企业人才流失现象尤其严重。本文分析了上虞市中小民营企业在企业管理上存在的问题及人才流失的原因，并提出了解决人才流失所需的相应管理对策。
