摘要
施工升降机是用于分层输送各种建筑材料和施工人员的高空作业设备。
随着高层建筑的日益增多，施工升降机的应用也随之逐渐普遍起来。我所做的毕业设计内容是进行施工升降机结构的分析与设计，以及用ANSYS进行主要部件的有限元分析校核。本文主要介绍了我对于结构的设计和ANSYS的分析过程。
调研之后，我对此设备有了很直观的认识，并且通过老师的辅导和自己认真的思考拟定了设计方案和装配草图，然后通过计算选择出了一系列有关施工升降机的机构，并按照国家标准对这些机构进行了相关的校核，保证了这些结构的安全性和适用性。不仅如此，我还利用ANSYS软件对吊笼和标准节进行了建模，并根据软件所分析出来的杆件受力数据对各个不同界面受力最大的杆件进行了稳定性计算、焊缝的强度校核等。
本次毕业设计，是对我进行的一次全面的工程实践训练，对我的帮助不仅仅在对施工升降机的认知上，在我以后的工作当中，也能更好的应用这种设计理念。
