为了解当前海口市小学语文阅读教学的现状，对海口市部分小学的教师和学生进行了抽样问卷调查。在对调查问卷统计分析后发现，伴随着新课改的实施，海口市小学语文阅读出现了可喜的转变,但同时也存在着不少问题。本文就这些问题进行了深入分析，提出了实施小学语文阅读教学的几项策略。

A sample survey was conducted through a questionnaire among a portion of the teachers and students in Haikou City, in order to understand the present status of the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools in Haikou City. According to the statistical analysis of the responses to this survey questionnaire, changes accompanying the implementation of the new curriculum were made in the teaching of Chinese reading and were very gratifying; but in the meantime, there also exist some problems with it. This paper provides a deep analysis of these problems and some strategies for implementing Chinese reading teaching in primary schools.
