Though some people think that parents should make a greate deal of decisions for their young children. Concerning the limtied experiences of children and the complexion of the society, some parents insisted that when their older children face to make significant decisions, they should do final decision instead of older children themselves. Nevertheless I do strongly support that idea that the children who aged at equal or more than 15 years had better to draw important decision independently.

Here I would explain a few of the most significant reasons. These older children are near the edge of adults, so they should learn how to deal with some problems and hardships when there is not any help around them. This is on the top of the list of my argument. Definitely, making decision along is a neccessary ability for adults no matter the event is concerning life details or crucial options for future. Contract with children, the less real friends to ask for help, limited time to make decision special at risky moment, and some misleading confusions determine that making decision is significant to adults. Consequently, the ability to make decision is to older children what blood is to our bodies.

Besides the further reason why I think older children should make decision is that they must learn what responsibility exactly means. And making independent decision is a good way to help them to know the ture meaning of responsibility. Clarifying the real meaning could lead older children to obtain some superior characters such as perseverance, and insolate thinking. To illustrate this, there is an appropriate example that is very persuasive. My sister who is already 18 years old, when she would enter university, at that time faced to choose her major in university. My parents told her that they though physics may be a wise choice, for the purpose of let her know she should take responsibility to herself, they added that they only offer some advices to her. In fact, she at least chose to study match which is a hard to learn special for girls. But she never complain about anything, and consistently do her best to learn, because she absolutely know that the choice made by herself, complains are useless and the only thing she should do is studying hard.

If all the factors above are considered, we will find out the advantages about that parents should allow their older children to make some important decision by themselves. As this is a basic ability for older children who will soon become adults in their furture, and it is a fine way to help older children to know they should take responsibility to themselves. Therefore from what we discussed, we may safely to draw the conclusion that older children must have opportunities make a great deal of decisions by themselves.
