Dear Manager:
Much to my regret, I'm writing this to place a complaint against the bad service in your bazaar.
I bought a washing machine in Sunshine(Yangguang) bazaar on _____. But it went wrong soon and I have used it less than 2 weeks. After several times of repair, it's still beyond use. So I have lost all my hope on this washing machine and am determined to get my money back or change it. However, the salesman turned me down.
