我公司立即向北京公司汇报了此事，医生也第一时间向Ada提供了此事的相关证明。我们给Ada小姐邮寄了坏损部件及手术医生证明文件。被告之需要等待。2008年1月，我公司员工在北京办公室代表公司签字确认同意支付。被告之仍需要等待。
其间，即2007年10月，经检测，部件出现故障，需要重新植入。于是再向北京公司申请部件（第二个），这次申请过程很顺利，我们收到了寄过来的一个部件。
2008年5月份，我们仍未收到第一次手术时医生损坏的并且我们同意支付的部件一事的解决方案。而Ada小姐告知我们她已不再负责此事，但仍愿意为我们与上海联系，帮忙解决。

Our company immediately informed the Beijing Company. The doctors also provided the relevant certificates to Ada at the earliest possible time. We sent the damaged parts and the affidavit from the operating physician to Miss Ada by mail, and were told to wait for the response. Before that, in October 2007, the part was proven to be defective after inspection. Another implantation was required. Consequently we applied for the second part to the Beijing Company. Things went well this time and we received the new part by mail.

As of May 2008, we still haven’t received the resolution proposal concerning the first part, which was damaged by the operating physician and paid for by us. We were told by Miss Ada that she is no longer in charge of this case. However, she is willing to help us in contacting people in Shanghai in order to reach a resolution.
