所以只是定时间的问题，而不是请求对方接受约会的问题了，排除A，选B。go to dinner与主题偏离，而且两个人连说两个Let's也没大见过。D语境不对（我自己感觉look forward这个词组很有诚意，而且是一种时间上比较长的期盼，等一个星期还不到不用look forward）

“in the short term”：就眼前来说，与“over a number of years”形成时间上的对比。
就眼前来说，投资回报不多，但很长一段时间以后，投资会得到很好的回报/收益。

前面一个人是用一般疑问句问的，回答用yes/no。表达是否的只有A。
