备注：在美国和加拿大，食堂一般都用cafeteria，表示自助餐厅。因为他们中午多半是喝咖啡，或吃蔬菜、水果沙拉或批萨或小蛋糕。但在中国，基本和他们的形式是不一样的。所以用canteen才合适。
