一、concern作动词

1. 关系到；影响

The World Cup taking place in Germany concerns all the fans throughout the world.

三、concern常用的习惯搭配

1. concern oneself with / in / about sth. 忙于某事；关心某事

2. so / as far as... be concerned就……来说 / 而论

So far as I am concerned the second arrangement is more suitable.

对我来说，第二种安排更恰当。

3. be concerned with / in... 与……有关

Her latest documentary is concerned with youth unemployment. 她最近的一部纪录片与青年人失业有关。

4. Where...be concerned 在牵扯到……的时候 / 情况下
