随着市场经济的发展,高职学生的学习动机受到商品经济大潮的影响。新生和面临毕业的学生的学习动机可能存在某种差异, 学习动机可以从不同的角度分为不同的种类,并且在多种因素的作用下,自然地表现出多样性、复杂性和多层次性。学习动机是学生学习心理的一个很重要的方面,高职学生的学习动机也有自己的特点。本文通过对温州职业技术学院部分学生学习动机的调查,采取问卷的形式,主要通过对六种学习动机类型在新生与临毕业生之间,性别上,生源上的比较,了解他们学习动机的状况,找出学生学习的特点和规律,为学校的教育管理提供数据分析;作者也对调查结果作了一些分析,提出一些教学建议, 最大限度地调动学生学习的积极性,以帮助学生重树信心,增强学习动力。

Abstract
In the wake of the development of market economy, the learning motivation of students in a higher vocational school has been influenced by the tide of the commodity economy. There might be some differences of learning motivation between new students and students close to graduation. The learning motivation can be divided into different categories from different perspectives, and will naturally demonstrate diversity, complexity and multilevel characteristics under the influence of a variety of factors. The learning motivation is a very important aspect of student learning psychology, and there are some characteristics of higher vocational students learning motivation.
This paper using surveys of learning motivation of some students of the Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College which are taken in the form of questionnaires, by comparing six types of learning motivation between new students and students close to graduation, on gender differences and different sources of student; to understand current situation of student’s learning motivation and discover the characteristics and patterns of students learning with an aim to provide statistical analysis for schools on educational management. The author also made some analysis of the findings, and made some recommendations on teaching which help to maximize student’s enthusiasm on learning, to assist students in restoring confidence and to enhance their learning momentum.
