这里armed with 与 主语vicar 应该是主动关系啊， 牧师拿着手电筒， 为什么用被动？

武装; 装备
arm oneself against danger
武装起来, 对付危险
armed to the teeth
武装到牙齿; 全副武装
arm和vicar是动宾关系，所以用被动。
