My Friend
One of my friends is a beautiful and clever girl whose name is Shao yuanrui. With rosy cheeks she has a pair of bright eyes which shine below her arch eyebrows. Within her small mouth there are two lines of white teeth. Her hair is straight and long hanging down to her shoulders. She is healthy and attractive.
She is very diligent in her lessons. She always gets straight-A marks in the examinations. Her teachers like her very much. She can also play the piano and sing sweet songs. In every EF's party in class she is always asked to play for her classmates. She is loved by her classmates.



My English Teacher Miss Wang is our English teacher. She is fourty. She looks very young and strong because she is fond of physical education.
She likes singing very much and she often teaches us some English songs when we are tired in English class. So we are all pleased to have English classes.
She always encourages us to speak English and write in English. And she corrects them patiently and tells us some English ways.
She is a good teachers and we all love her.
Persuade Father Not to Smoke June 14 Saturday Rain
My father is section chief. He always works deep into the night. But he has a bad habit-smoking. Sometimes he smokes one cigarette after another. There fore I call him a heavy smoker.
Nowadays he is coughing harder and harder. I am very worried about his health. Whenever I persuade him not to smoke he always says with a smile "This is the last one. I assure you that I will stop smoking." But he always breaks his word. I have tried many wasy to prevent him from smoking. For example hiding his cigarettes where he can't find taking his cigarette away from his hand and so on. but all is in vain.
Yesterday a good idea cam to my mind. It was time for us to have supper. I stayed in my bedroom and refused to have supper. My father knocked at the door and asked "Are you not feeling well? Anyway you should have supper." I am feeling quite well and I am very hungry now. But I refuse to have supper." I replied. "But why?" he asked. "If you don't give up smoking I won't have my supper even breakfast and lunch." I said.
Now my father has really given up smoking.
