1、Access the Corrective Actions Tab to view Assessment scores.
2、A message box prompts you to enter scores ONLY AFTER reading the scoring instructions available at the end of every question. For each question, values will mean something specific to that question.
3、Choose score by clicking on arrow at right corner of answer cells for drop down list.
4、Scroll to the right of Sheet, to find Scoring Guidelines on each question.
