novel和translate是被动关系（不是有个词组translate A into B吗？novel和translate是动宾关系），所以用过去分词作状语。直接排除A。
有两个例子：
1、Having been written in haste, the composition was full of mistakes.也可以写成：Written in haste, the composition was full of mistakes.
2、Having been built in the 17th century, the tower attracted them.也可以写成：Built in the 17th century, the tower attracted them.

过去分词本来就有已经完成的意思，所以如果有Having been translated，那也是能选的。
