A."is close"中的"close"不是"关"的意思，所以是错的。
B. 如果选closed，因为后面是一个时间点“at seven o'clock in the evening”，所以表达的意思是“这家店晚上7点是关门的”。
C. 如果选closing，表示将来时，看上去也是对的，但我觉得“in the evening”在这里表达的是一般概念（将来时应该这么说："The shop is closing at seven o'clock this evening."），所以在这也不能选。
