Supplier warrants to Buyer that the Products delivered pursuant to this Agreement will, at the time of delivery and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, conform to the Product Specifications and will be free from defects in design, materials and/or workmanship.
Should any Product fail to conform to the above warranty due to any cause attributable to Supplier, then Supplier shall, after consultation with Buyer, take any of the following alternative forthwith;
