Parties hereto shall negotiate in good faith to modify this Agreement so as to effect the
original intent of the Parties as closely as possible to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law in an acceptable manner to the end that the transactions contemplated
hereby are fulfilled to the extent possible.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and undertakings, both written and oral, between the Parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Assignment. Neither Party shall be authorized to assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any right or obligatin resulting there from without prior written consent of the other Parties. This is however without prejudice to the rights to financial benefits to any export credit insurance.

各缔约方应该真诚谈判，在现行法律允许的最大范围内，以一种可接受的方式来修改这项协议，使其最贴近各方原意，并在最后尽可能地达到预期的交易。

最高效力。这项协议包含了各方的全部意愿，并取代之前所有的协定和承诺。无论是手写还是口述，各方之前的所有协定在此都要以上述协议为准。

转让。在没有经过其它各方的书面同意之下，任何一方没有权力将该协议转让，交易或是使用其它伎俩处理此协议。然而，这并不侵害出口信用保险的经济利润权利。
