Parties hereto shall negotiate in good faith to modify this Agreement so as to effect the
original intent of the Parties as closely as possible to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law in an acceptable manner to the end that the transactions contemplated
hereby are fulfilled to the extent possible.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and undertakings, both written and oral, between the Parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Assignment. Neither Party shall be authorized to assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any right or obligation
resulting there from without prior written
consent of the other Parties. This is however without prejudice to the rights to financial benefits to any export credit insurance.

关于这点，各方要以诚实守信的态度来修改这一合同，从而尽可能最大程度的满足各方的本意。但是不能超出法律允许的范围，这样才能最终使交易预算能够在最大范围内执行。

全部协议:此协议包括了各方或其中一方口头和书面上的完整协议，取代所有先前的协议以及双方的承诺，但不包括标的物



转让：在没有经过其他方书面同意的前提下，任何一方都无权转让，交易或以其他方式处理此协议。然而，这并不侵害出口信用保险的经济利润权利。
