自2005年以来，我们使用了xxxxx作为企业门户(Enterprise Portal)。自上线以来使用情况如下：

1. 为6个部门建立了门户，其他部门用户访问默认门户。
2. 到目前为止，Portal用户数：每天访问Portal量是：
3. 企业门户包括了五十多个不同的应用(Applications)，20多个电子流程(Workflow system)，含概了企业内部大量业务。
4. 我们平均每个月要在Portal上增加2个应用。
5. 更多的部门申请建立他们的门户。
6. 员工每天都需要在Portal上获取信息。

而我们现在面临的问题：

1. 开发Portlet周期较长。
2. 开发的Portlet重用性较低。
3. 为了扩展个性化、智能化和增加Web2.0的功能，需要对Portal整体技术进行框架设计（Framework design)。
4. 我们可以免费使用XXX的Portlet开发工具：xxxxxx，但没有足够的skill set发挥这个工具的优点。
5. 业务需求中包括了图表、仪表板等图形化要求，没有方便的工具可以快速开发这些功能。

为了解决以上问题，建议作如下措施：

1. 购买xxxxxxxxxx，可以快速开发图形化需求。
2. 购买xxx的咨询及开发服务，为我们开发个性化、智能化、支持Web2.0的Portlet范例和制订Portlet开发标准。
3. 参加xxx的Portlet开发培训，掌握xxxxxxx的开发技巧。
4. 对现有Portal进行改版，提高用户便利性，增加个性化和自助化功能。改善Portal设计，减少代码开发量。

以下是项目Proposal：

Since 2005，we have used xxxxx as the Enterprise Portal. The following is its usage status after we started to use it:

1. Setting portals for 6 departments; other departments’ users visit the default portal.
2. Until now，the consumers’ number of portal is: the accessing quantity to portal is:
3. Enterprise Portal has more than 50 kinds of applications，20 Workflow systems，contains most of the business in the enterprise.
4. On average, we shall add two more applications to the portal everymonth.
5. More departments are requesting to establish their own portals.
6. The stuff need to get information from the portal everyday.

However, there are the problems we face:

1. The cycle of portlet’s exploration is too long.
2. The reuse rate of the explored portlet is low.
3. In order to develop individuation, intelligence and increase the function of Web2.0, it is necessary to carry out the Framework design for the entire technic of the Portal.
4. We can use XXX’s Portlet exploring tools for free: xxxxxx，but we don’t have enough skill and set to bring the excellence of the tool into play.
5. The operation requirment contains the demand of the graphics of the chart and instrument panel but there is no adantageous tool to explore these functions quickly.

In order to solve the problems above，the following measures are suggested：

1. Purchasing xxxxxxxxxx; it is possible to explore the graphics quickly.
2. Purchasing the consultation and service of xxx; set an example for us to explore the portlet that is individual, intelligent and supports Web2.0; working out an exploring standard for portlet.
3. Taking part in the portlet exploring traning of xxx，master the exploring technic of xxxxxxx.
4. Correcting the current Portal; enhancing the users’ convinience; adding the function of individuation and self-help; improve the design of Portal，reduce the quantity of code exploring.
