摘要：独立学院与普通高等学校一样是培养人才的摇篮，也是党对大学生实施培养和教育的重要阵地，做好独立学院学生党建工作，充分发挥党组织的作用，推动独立学院持续健康发展是独立学院必须认真研究和思考的问题。文章结合独立学院学生特点，分析了独立学院学生党建工作中存在的一些问题，并提出了几点解决问题的建议。

Abstract: Independent Colleges and Universities, are the cradle of personnel training. They are also the party's implementation of university students training and education for important jobs and positions. Independent university students do the work of party building, fullly in charge of the role in party organizations. Independent universities promote the sustained and healthy development and must seriously study and thoughts. The article features students of Independent Colleges. An independent analysis of college students in the work of party building some of the issues and put forward a number of proposals to solve the problem.
