解答:
第一题按照语法来说,都可以。但如果强调“偷偷摸摸”“鬼鬼祟祟”之意，就用steal。
第二题blocked比jammed更适合,道路堵塞一般都用block，jam 主要是用于“挤”，“塞”。例如：
The train was jammed with people.(火车上挤满了人。）
A crowd jammed into the bus.（一群人挤进了公共汽车。）
