建筑工程项目中的成本管理
摘 要
随着人类社会进入信息社会和知识经济时代以后，出现了项目管理与日常运营管理并行发展的局面，甚至可能出现项目管理变得更为重要的局面。特别是项目管理中的成本管理在企业市场开发中就具有十分重要的作用。
项目的成本管理是贯穿在工程建设自招投标阶段直到竣工验收的全过程，它是企业全面成本管理的重要环节，必须在组织和控制措施上给予高度的重视，以期达到提高企业经济效益的目的。
本文针对工程项目成本管理过程中存在的问题进行分析和探讨并提出相应的对策。系统的描述了资源计划，成本估计，成本预算和成本控制等四大风险理论控制过程，最后通过住总集团的双花园住宅小区项目探讨建筑工程项目中成本理论的应用与管理。

摘 要
我国目前处于基础建设的高峰期，中国建筑市场也随着我国加入WTO后的全面开放，投资主体多元化进程加快，工程项目的竞争日趋激烈，工程项目企业面临着比以往更多的风险。因此，加强工程项目风险管理的研究显得十分必要，因为任何合同形式的工程项目，其合同双方的行为本质都是商业行为，最终目标都表现为经济利益，工程本身具有的复杂性、长期性等因素，在激烈的市场竞争中必然存在各种风险。正确识别风险因素，加强对风险的预防和控制，减少和避免风险损失，是现代建筑施工企业面临的重要课题。
本文针对现代施工企业面临的风险进行分析，并提出防范对策。系统的描述了风险识别，风险量化，风险处理和风险控制等四大风险理论控制过程，最后通过住总集团的翠城馨园住宅小区项目探讨建筑工程项目中风险理论的应用与管理。
