北京办公室需要签新的租房合同了，我想请问是签在两个公司名下，还是签在一个公司名下。因为我们虽然是一个办公室但是两个公司共同办公的。

The new rental agreement for Beijing Office will have to be signed soon. As two of our companies are going to share the same office premises, please let me know whether both companies should sign as co-tenant or either one of the two can sign on behalf of the other.
