imagine是可以接从句，那么选A的话，要用speaks才对。
或者理解成虚拟语气？You can't imagine (that) such a young child (should) speak English so well.
就算这样，C还是没什么错啊，英语又没有多选题。

答案应该是C，如果A 改成 should speak 也对。具体分析如下：
在表示命令、建议、要求等一类动词后面的从句有如下虚拟语气的用法 order, suggest, require, insist, command, insist + (should) do ，其中should可以省略，但没有看到imagine有类似的用法。
