WARRANTY CERTIFICATE


We certificate that goods supplied are new, unused, of the most recent or current models and they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the contract.

We warrant that all goods supplied under this contract shall have no defect arising from design materials or workmanship (except when the design and. Or material is required by the purchasasers specification) or from any act of omission of the supplier that may develop under normal use of the supplied goods in the conditions prevailing in the country of final destination.

This warranty includes free replacement of spares and remains valid for 12 months after the goods or any portion thereof as the case may be have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract or for 18 months after the date of shipment.

除非合同中另行规定，我方保证我方提供的货物为新产品，未被使用过，不论是设计方面还是材质方面均属新型产品
只要买方按照目的国规定的条件正常使用，我方保证合同项下的所有货物无论在设计材质还是工艺上均无瑕疵，均无疏忽（除了买方特别要求的设计及/或材质）

本担保函包括免费更换配件，按合同规定，货到目的港或买方收到货物起保质12个月或从装运期起18个月有效。
