在以前 因为没有大型机器和高科技 所以劳动力是主要工作来源 因此 由于男性的体质比女性好 所以男性地位比女性高 但是 现今 科技在不断发展 发明了许多高科技产品 和大机器 从对机器的掌握和操作来说 女性已经慢慢的崛起 占据了一定的地位 所以 我认为 在不久的将来 男女平等是一定可以实现的 并且 男女合作才可以使工作更完美

In the past, the labor force were main source as there were no big machines and high technology. Therefore, man's status was higher than that of woman as man's constitution was better than that of woman. But, today's technology is continuing to develop and people have invented many high-tech products and large-scaled machines. Women have grown up gradually and taken up a certain status as they can master and operate machines. I believe we can realize equity between man and woman, cooperation between them makes work perfect in the near future.
