保安制度
● 保安人员必须坚守工作岗位、尽忠职守，以身作则、带证上岗。
● 保安人员须熟悉工地管理制度，密切注意发生或可能发生的违章行为，及时制止并向工程指挥部汇报。
● 保安人员必须全天轮流值班，施工现场的材料未经工程指挥部批准绝不允许任何人拿出工地。
● 保安人员要经常查看施工现场，及时向工程指挥部汇报情况，认真做好文明施工，
● 当工人发生纠纷时，保安人员应立即调解、制止。

我觉得既然是制度，不应该强调人，应该强调事物或者做法。
Security system

●Sticking to working post,dedication,setting example and opeating with certificate identification is a must for a security guard.
●Getting accustomed to managemt system in operating sites is a must for security guard with an incessant focus on any breaches and then reporting to project direction department immediately.
●A daily shift turning for security guard is a must,and no taking out of the materials in operating sites without the permittion of project direction department.
●A regularly checking-out to operating sites is needed for a security guard,reporting to the project direction department and operating without accidents or noise.
●Immediate mediation and restraint is needed for a security guard when disputing between operators.
