随着中国银行业的蓬勃发展，良好的风险管理对于银行业的整体发展显得尤为重要，巴塞尔协议Ⅱ中操作风险的相关理论给了我们很大的启示，通过结合我国12家商业银行的操作实践，本文提出了把握银行操作风险的度量模型，以便更准确及时地反映银行经营活动中的操作风险水平，进而促进银行业平稳健康的发展。
