Teaching involves more than leadership.Some of
the teacher s time and effort is directed instruction,some toward evaluation.But it is the
teacher as a group-leader who creates an efficient organizational structure and good woring environment so that instruction and evaluation
activitiesamong its members,will not be a good
learning group.The leadership pattern includes hhelping to form and maintain a positive
learning environment so that instruction and
evaluation activities can take place.

教学所包含的东西胜过领导。老师的一些时间和努力是直接的引导，一些是指向评价。但是正是有了那些创建实力强大且有组织纪律的团队、并提供好的工作环境的老师，才使得引导和评价可以鼓动队伍的成员，而不仅仅是成为一个学习的班子，而是一群自学能力强的的班子。领导模式涵盖了帮助形成和保持一个积极的学习环境，以至于引导和评价可以被代替。

这段话也就是说，有了一个好的环境和领导有方的老师，学生们才可以自主学习，这样老师引导和评价才会总是占主导地位。
