The farthur it sailed,the danger will apprear. This article is the research of the problems the Construction Material Industry might meet. It analyzes the reasons how the problems appear,and makes schemes to solve the problems, reduce the loss to least and eliminate the crises at the beginning. The market environment changes every second and crises exist every moment and everywhere. It would attack the company system from different aspects. Only if we know these crises well, we could make out correct tactics and turn danger into opportunity.
