十三年英语教学生涯，敏而好学，专业理论在教学实践得到娴熟地运用与展示。采众家之长，扬自身所蓄，所任的每一个班都显示出独特的教学风格：朝气蓬勃、独立自主、求实创新。学生时代开始勤于思辩，爱好演讲，长于阅读，故授课清新，语言精辟，擅于激励。掌握现代教育技术，课件制作精美。教学成绩斐然，学生后续发展良好。
与不同团队合作教学，参加县级、校级培训工作，炼成较强的领导能力和团队精神，带领团队取得优异成绩。现为英语教学县级骨干教师，农村中小学现代远程教育“三种模式”教学应用县级骨干教师。
97年至今，多篇论文、教学设计、赛课获奖。其中论文和教学设计分别获县一等奖，先后被授于“县优秀教师”、“县十佳教师”、“县师德标兵”等，2004年被授予“重庆市优秀教师”称号。

I have been teaching English for 13 years, and I keep studying everyday. My professional theories are well used and showed in teaching practice. Because I can get the ideas from others and play my own specific well. Every class I teach has different style: Lively, independence and creative. I’m good at thinking in my student period, I like speech, especially good at reading , so I can teach with a fresh style, using brilliant but incisive words and encourage students well. I can use the modern education technology well, and make good teaching materials. My teaching get well success and every student develop very well after graduation.

I cooperate with different teams for teaching, take part in the country level & school level training. I got very good leadership ability and teamwork spirit, I can lead my team to get excellent success. I’m chosen to be the Country-level Key Teacher Country- level Key Teacher of the countryside middle school & elementary school modern distance education “3 modes” teaching.

From 1997 to now, many of my dissertations, teaching devise, competition lesson are awarded. My dissertation and devise are awarded as the First prize of country. I have been awarded as “Excellent Teacher of Country”, “Top 10 Teacher of Country”, “Teacher’s Virtue Pacesetter of Country”. I was awarded as the “Excellent Teacher of Chongqing” in 2004.
