问题: 这个句子是不是错了？
tens and thousands of people。
是不是有of，前面就不能加具体数字了，只能thousands of people。没有tens。
麻烦会的给我讲一下，我小学英语水平。

1.tens of thousands 意思是好几万的 可以说tens of thousands of people
thousands of 意思是成千上万的，好几千的 可以说thousands of people
ten thousand people 意思是一万 不能加复数也不能加of等介词
可以根据你想表达的数量选择其中的一种说法，但是题目中tens and thousands of people 用and是不对的
2.ill做疾病的意思只能作表语，不能作定语 只能说He is ill.
sick既可以作表语也可以作定语 例如He is sick/the sick person
