二、 大单申请及特批流程:

6、 此单在该季度核算任务时不记入代理商该季度业绩;
7、 大区经理跟踪大单特批的执行;
三、 大单特批中应注意关键点:
1、 大单特价以返点形式体现,不改动代理当前结算折扣;
2、 大单特价返点采用即批即返形式,与该季度返点分开;
3、 特价大单不记入代理该季度业绩达成,不核算季度返点;
