大单特批流程
一、 大单标准：
同一客户，在同一代理商处，同一订单销售额达到RMB 万元以上的，定义为大单；代理商可进行大单特价申请；
二、 大单申请及特批流程：
1、 代理商持与客户的交易合同，以书面形式向大区经理提交申请，申请中注明希望的代理特价；
2、 大区经理有权在代理商原有折扣的基础上下调5%的调价幅度，超过5%以上需报总裁批准；
3、 大区经理核对后，以书面形式向总裁提出大单特价申请，并提供代理商的书面申请及代理的销售合同；
4、 总裁以书面形式批复特价申请，并同时抄送财务部经理；
5、 如总裁同意并批准代理特价为X折，则财务按照当前代理价格N折计算，结算当天财务将（N-X）返点返回代理商帐户；
6、 此单在该季度核算任务时不记入代理商该季度业绩；
7、 大区经理跟踪大单特批的执行；

三、 大单特批中应注意关键点：
1、 大单特价以返点形式体现，不改动代理当前结算折扣；
2、 大单特价返点采用即批即返形式，与该季度返点分开；
3、 特价大单不记入代理该季度业绩达成，不核算季度返点；
