The modern sense partnership not only has the contractual character but also the group character. Partnership is an economic subject and an independent civil subject. Confirming the partnership to be the third civil subject isn’t improve the status of partnership artificially, but it’s the necessity of the community production development; The standard of the partnership should be the third civil subject is if it has the group character.
