本文以满足学生的健美操锻炼需求、发展学生全面素质为切入点，来探讨普通高校健美操教学内容与教学方法改革。通过对吉林省普通高校健美操教学现状以及大学生对健美操需求现状进行调查与分析，了解教师安排健美操理论课与实践课的教学内容与实施教学方法现状，揭示学生对健美操教学内容的需求现状，找出当前普通高校健美操教学内容与教学方法存在的问题，最后对普通高校健美操课教学内容与教学方法提出整体发展对策。
