INSURANCE
The Joint Venture shall procure and maintain insurance in such form and amount as required by the Employer and/or be deemed reasonable and acceptable by the Management Steering Committee to protect the JV during the performance of the Works and for the term of the Project.
Each Member also agrees individually to maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect its employees, vehicles, assets, personal property, etc. that are involved in the Project. Each Member shall procure and continue in force during the duration of the Project a policy or policies of insurance including, but not limited to:
1、general liability and automobile coverage(s) for third parties and/or property coverage for first parties, with sufficient limits of at least US$5 million dollars for general liability and automobile liability utilizing either a prime policy and/or with an umbrella policy；
2、statutory minimum coverage for occupational hazards and medical insurance;
3、professional liability insurance with limits of at least US$5 million dollars (with US$100,000 deductible),

any others
to provide reasonable protection against claims, liabilities, damages and causes of action arising out of or attributable to the performance of the Works to be provided by the relevant Member. [Such Member's insurance policies shall contain provisions precluding the right of recourse against the other member, their directors, officers, employees, agents, Associated Companies and sub-contractors.
Each Member shall make available to the other, upon written request, copies of all documents that evidence the insurance coverage procured by such Member in connection with the Project and the undertaking of the Works for which they are responsible.
Each Member's liability will not be limited to any available insurance and/or the selected coverage limits and it is agreed that each Member shall procure coverage to cover its tolerance for, or its perceived risk.

在此工程实施期间，此合资企业须提供和保有雇主要求的和/或管理筹划指导委员会认为合理的、可接受的保险数额，以保护JV.
