if the publisher fails to fulfill or comply with any of the provisions of this agreement within to months after written notification from the proprietor or his representative of such failure and if the publisher does not formally contest this notification within this period.or if he goes into liquidation other than voluntary liquidation for purposes of reconstruction only.or if the publisher shall be adjudicated as bankrupt status or similar law.or if the publisher shall admit in writing his inability to pay or cease to carry on business,then in case of one or moreof the aforementioned events.the proprietor shall have the right to terminate this agreement by sending written and registered notice of such termination to the publisher without prejudice to any claims which the proprietor may have either for money due and /or damages and /otherwise.

如果版权所有人或其代表人有就出版商的任何不执行或不符合本协议任何条款的行为向出版商发出书面通告，而出版商在收到该通告后两个月之内未能改正其上述之违反协议行为，又或未能在该两个月的规定时间内提出书面申辩；或是如果出版商在并非为了整顿重组而进行的自愿清算的情况之下被停业清算；或是如果出版商被法庭判定破产或相类似的法律状态；或是出版商以书面承认其无力支付或停止有关业务等，在上述任何一项或多项情况出现时，版权所有人有权以挂号信形式向出版商发出书面的协议终止通告。该终止通告不会影响版权所有人向出版商追索应收款项和/或赔偿金和/或其他索赔的权利。
