摘 要:对桤木人工林细根、土壤养分含量的季节变化及其两者之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:在桤木细根中大量养分N、Ca、K、Mg、P含量冬季高,春季最低;微量养分Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni、Cd含量冬季最低,春夏季较高。土壤各层中大量养分N、Ca、K、Mg、P含量冬季最低、夏季最高;微量养分Mn、Zn含量在冬季最低、秋季最高,Fe、Ni、Pb、Cu、Cd含量在冬季最高、春秋较低。细根和土壤大量养分含量在冬季的变化存在明显的相关关系,微量养分Fe、Ni、Cd含量的季节变化有显著负相关关系,Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb含量从春季到秋季变化存在明显的相关关系,冬季变化不存在明显的相关关系。

Seasonal dynamic variation of nutrient elements in roots and soil in Alnus cremastogyme Burk plantations

Abstract: Seasonal variation of nutrient elements in fine roots and soil in Alnus cremastogyme Burk plantations, and their relationship were studied in this paper. Results showed that (1) the content of N, Ca, K, Mg and P in fine roots was the highest in winter, and the lowest in spring; (2) the content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni and Cd in fine roots was the lowest in winter, and higher in spring and summer; (3) the content of N, Ca, K, Mg and P in the soil was the lowest in winter, and the highest in summer; (4) of the micronutrient, Mn and Zn content was the lowest in winter and the highest in autumn, whereas Fe, Ni, Pb, Cu and Cd was the highest in winter and lower in spring. In addition, obvious correlation was present between primary nutrient content of fine-sized roots and soil in winter. Of the micronutrient, the seasonal variations of Fe, Ni and Cd had a significantly negative correlation, while those of Mn, Cu, Zn and Pb displayed a significantly positive correlation from spring to autumn and did not display obvious correlation in winter.

Abstract: The nutrient elements in Alnus cremastogyme Burk plantations fine roots and soil of Seasonal variation , and the relationship between them are studied in this article.
The results shows that
(1) the content of N, Ca, K, Mg and P in fine roots reach the highest in winter and the lowest in spring;
(2) the content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni and Cd in fine roots was low in winter, and highest in spring and summer;
(3) the content of N, Ca, K, Mg and P in the soil was low in winter and highest in summer;
(4) for the micronutrient, Mn and Zn content was the lowest in winter and highest in autumn, whereas Fe, Ni, Pb, Cu and Cd was the highest in winter and lower in spring and autumn. In addition, obvious correlation was present between primary nutrient content of fine-sized roots and soil in winter. Of the micronutrient, the seasonal variations of Fe, Ni and Cd had a significantly negative correlation, while those of Mn, Cu, Zn and Pb show a significantly positive correlation from spring to autumn and not show obvious correlation in winter.
